Community
Employees are encouraged to participate in fundraising activities for Arc Inclusion’s chosen charities and to engage in local community projects. We support paid volunteering leave and personal volunteering efforts for causes meaningful to our employees.
Many of our employees come from the communities local to our operations. We aim to build strong, long-term relationships with these communities and groups through charitable donations and volunteering efforts.
Arc Inclusion sponsors local charities that support vulnerable individuals. Many of these sponsorships are initiated by employee nominations or suggestions from members of the local community.
